My menu consists of three courses. For the first course I will serve a seasonal appetizer (garden salad, spring rolls, etc). As a main dish, some of the items served will be my well-loved Butternut squash soup with coconut milk, Basmati Rice cooked with ghee (coconut oil or other for vegans), and Sautéed vegetables. Another popular main course is my Zucchini Lavash wrap with spices and aged cheddar, served with a fusion tomato basil mozzarella salad roll. For dessert, fresh homemade blueberry pie, peach pie or the like, avocado ice cream, spiced ginger chai, or similar. Menu is subject to change depending on season and what the local organic market has. One thing that stays constant is the fun atmosphere!
